Atem log (hereinafter 'Company') establishes and discloses the following privacy policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act to protect the personal information of service users and to resolve complaints related thereto swiftly and smoothly.

1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information

The Company processes personal information only to the minimum extent necessary for the following purposes. The personal information being processed will not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent will be implemented.

  • Membership Registration and Management: User identification and authentication, maintaining service eligibility, delivering announcements.
  • Service Provision: Providing in-app payment services, confirming and managing subscription status.
  • Customer Support: Responding to inquiries and handling civil complaints related to service use.

2. Items of Personal Information Collected

The Company collects the following personal information to provide services.

Membership Registration and Account Management (Stored on server):

  • Mandatory: Email address

Service Usage and Payment Management (External consignment):

  • Mandatory: Payment receipt number, subscription product information (Direct card information is not collected).

Automatically Collected During Service Use:

  • Device information (OS version, model name), access logs, service usage records.

Locally Stored Data (No server transmission):

Wellness Records, Daily Health Notes: This data is stored encrypted only within the user's smartphone and is not transmitted to or collected by the Company's servers.

Location Information (Not stored):

Approximate location information for air quality retrieval is used only temporarily during API calls and is not stored on the server.

3. Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information

The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use in accordance with laws or the period of retention and use agreed upon when collecting personal information from the user.

  • Upon Membership Withdrawal: Immediate disposal (However, if it is necessary to preserve it in accordance with relevant laws, it will be kept for that period).
  • Records Related to Payment and Contracts: 5 years (Act on the Protection of Consumers in Electronic Commerce, etc.).

4. Third-Party Provision of Personal Information

The Company does not provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent. (However, system consignment for log data management and authentication may be maintained until membership withdrawal.)

5. Procedures and Methods of Disposal of Personal Information

The Company disposes of personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary, such as when the retention period has passed or the purpose of processing has been achieved. Information in the form of electronic files is deleted using technical methods that cannot reproduce the records.

6. Rights and Obligations of Users and Methods of Exercise

Users can view or modify their registered personal information at any time and exercise their rights as personal information subjects through membership withdrawal.

7. Changes to the Privacy Policy

This policy shall be applied from the effective date, and if there are additions, deletions, or corrections to the contents in accordance with laws and policies, they will be notified through announcements.
